I’ve honestly been coming here for pedicures, and they’ve always lasted about five weeks, which is why I decided to try getting both a pedicure and a manicure this time. I asked for a nail design and was told they would try to make it similar to the picture I showed. When it came time for the design, I was shown nail stickers instead, and it wasn’t even close to what I wanted. Lady literally shaved a chunk of my skin off while doing my pedicure. the grater should be used on CALOUS skin and she went over the thin skin part. I started bleeding immediately and did not stop bleeding the whole time. i’m in so much pain and can’t even wear normal shoes. they charged me full price and I was literally on the verge of tears so could not speak to the manager/ owner to even rectify the situation. just an awful experience.

Pedicure, not happy. Toes were cut twice blood would not stop bleeding Very rough with doing nails.

Very unprofessional. Sat and waited for service and watched someone get assisted for the same service as soon as they walked in. Asked how long the wait was and the lady didn’t look up nor did she answer. Terrible manners and will not be going back!
