I’m very disappointed with the services at Hope Horizon in Lindsay, CA. My child has been attending therapy for over a year, and I’ve seen no progress at all even tho I’ve tried to help my child in my own way. I’ve tried multiple times to communicate with both the therapist and the psychiatrist, but they do not respond. When I do speak with them, they are rude and dismissive. Very great, sweet people, and very kind
If I could give 0 stars I would. Our initial intake the lady was rude and could care less what I had to say as a parent regarding my child. The first therapist we got my daughter could not connect with. Finally we got a lady who my day connected with and I felt was a God send. But after 9 months of service she needed more they got her accessed for more services and that has been an absolute nightmare.
