They were very kind to my dogs. The vet was thorough and spent plenty of time answering all of my questions. I got a prompt appt and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
This place is horrible, do not bring your pet here go to Fresno or anywhere else! They failed to diagnose our dog and made us wait for an ultrasound and our dog passed away while waiting, now they are lying on the record stating they told us our dog would not make it without surgery! These people should be ashamed of themselves had they told us our dog was in critical condition we would have gone elsewhere and not waited like they told us too!!!
I WOULD NOT recommend this veterinary office to anyone looking to get their animal treated and taken as a priority. I don’t want to say this is a whole problem with the staff and doctors but the doctor that was entrusted to diagnosis, treat, and inform on my friend’s dog condition did none of that and as a result her dog died in pain with no one in the family realizing these would be the last moments they had. Terrible place. Did all these tests on my dog only to not tell us she was dying. They never told us. They didn’t tell us that she was dying. They scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. She’s dead. My dog is dead on my living room floor. They didn’t tell us to take her anywhere, they made us wait. My dog is dead now because of this place. They gave us pain pills that made my dog vomit.
