Recommended5:00 on 1/2/19 my daughters dog got bit by another dog around her eye we call Tulare vet and ask them to not close but wait for us to get there and they did, they took amazing care of her, they could have said call the emergency vet which is as you all know VERY expensive! They truly care about our pets! Thank you to the staff you are so very much appreciated.
We took our rabbit here a few days ago for some tummy issues. Locally, this was the only facility that said yes to accepting her. I called and they squeezed her in immediately. We weren't waiting long in the lobby or the exam room. The vet assistant was tremendously sweet and careful with our girl. The veterinarian was the exact same way. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. He didn't try to get us to okay more procedures to be done or anything. Thank you for caring for our sweet girl. Tulare Vet hospital has been nothing but amazing to my fur babies! Everyone who works there has gone above and beyond to help us in any way possible and has provided us with so many options and information when necessary! I make the drive from visalia just to come see them because they are very personable and take the time to get to know me and my dogs! Thank you guys so much for everything! We have had nothing, but exceptional service!

I called in regard to my puppy that was seen here a few months back and the lady who answered the phone was very rude, I asked what's the best tick remedy being my dogs live in a country and repeats herself several times bring them in, and repeated my dog could die if not properly treated (like I don't feel worse they have em) but she said well make sure it's ticks (pretty sure every dog mom knows what ticks are) and they couldn't find my dogs record showing he was there. Terrible experience first and now this time.
We've been coming here for the last few years now and they always seem to overcharge. They want to go straight to surgery when surgery isn't really necessary. And I always have to wait for a long period of time before even getting into a room. Very disappointed.
We recently had to put our sweet girl Jesse to sleep, and the staff here helped us through this process with such kindness and compassion. We can't thank then enough for helping us make it through that day.
