The initial service was great, dog was well taken care of and the staff was nice..I rated a 5... but now that my dog has somehow completely ripped through stitches while being stuck inside and no activity THROUGH a bandage they put on, I'm being told there is nothing that can be done for me, except spend another $700 to start care all over.... I'll go to Fresno next time...
Been here several times due to Vets office not opened! The staff and vets are great! High you recommend
This place is Open when you have a Emergency. We went at 10pm.on a Tuesday night. Dog was tested for parvo. Test came back positive. The doctor came in and gave us 2 options. She got antibiotics and anti nausea pills. Some Special dog food. And they injected her with fluid. Wished us well.
Love the people here. Always so friendly. They are genuinely caring. Very thorough in their job.
Couldn't be more happy with this place! My mom's cat Buster was hit by a car and had head trauma. They went above and beyond to save his life but the good Lord called him home today. Staff was AMAZING and so caring. THANK YOU ALL!!.
On one of the worse days of my life the staff was comforting and caring. They gave us the straight truth and as hard as it was to hear that our baby boy Taz of 10 years would not make it, they were so wonderful to us�and our Furbaby���� and then 3 days later to get a card telling us how sorry they are for our loss and on the inside was Taz's paw print and some or his hair to remember him. We were blessed to have them help us though this rough day ��
To tell the truth I was not happy or impressed with some of the staff interaction and intake process during the visit at first; in the light of day I chalk my initial impression to stress and emotion. The staff treated us and our injuried fur-baby with respect and care - a very deliberate professional manner. They took the time to answer questions and concerns, the process was not rushed. I was just there tonight with my cat and was very impressed , the technician and doctor were very helpful with all the information and medication they gave me for her . I highly recommend this veterinary emergency service to anyone with a sick or injured pet . Thankyou again .
