Our rescue pup had parvo. And they got us in quickly and made sure we knew all of our options and potential costs as they saw her. They took her in immediately after the parvo test came back positive. They kept her over night and told us to call as often as we wanted. When we called they kept us informed on how she was doing. I hate having to go to the puppy ER because it’s usually in a panic and it’s never cheap, but I’m thankful to have this place and the staff I have seen the last couple of times I have been here. Dr. Pederson (sp?) is very good at explaining everything and she is extremely patient when it comes to questions. My tech was Belinda and she’s just awesome! The Dr was great. Helped our sick doggie out. It is pricey, but we got great service.
Staff was very helpful, informative and so polite even through the blackout that night. They treated our pitbull with extreme care. Pitbulls are extremely missed judged and I was nervous at first to take her in. However, the staff are very professional and curtious.
Thankful for the amazing staff who took all the necessary steps needed to help save my dogs life when it seemed impossible! After eating the poison from mouse traps, I called their office and rushed Lola in. She was seen immediately and held over night for treatment. After losing a fur child earlier this year, I couldn't take losing another. I'm beyond grateful for everything they did and blessed to say that Lola is still with me today! �
I liked the new crew that is at the ER they act very compassionate about the animals the crew that used to be in there was scary unprofessional and ignorant but this new crew were very nice very helpful and we're very compassionate I had to take my Smokey in he is a little Sheltie and he was falling over they couldn't find anything wrong but they still took us in right away and got him checked course he was fine by the time the doctor came in that's kind of like a go figure I thank them for all their hard work
Although my experience here didn't end as I would like, my pup was giving great care, the staff was very kind, caring and compassionate. If I could change anything, I wish they would be open all day everyday. If I ever get another dog, I will bring her here. Thank you again � Rest In Peace Mina.
My puppy broke his leg so I took him in right away. I was helped very quickly and everyone was super nice. Jennifer was especially helpful and kind. She seemed to care a lot about the well being of animals and I admired that a lot. She went above and beyond in her work. Overall I had a great experience and it went smoothly. I would highly recommend going here for any animal emergency.
