If your animal is hurt, in distress, sick or just has an boo-boo that needs to be seen on the weekends or after hours DO NOT even consider the emergency vet in Visalia. They are either incompetent or lazy or both. We waited 45 minutes just for them to take our paperwork and then were told it would be sometime before we were seen. And if you want to be with your animal during the time of the exam...think again. Our animal was in distress and needed to be seen immediately but the staff there could have cared less. I truly believe the services here saved my Lilly's life when she presented suddenly with lymphoma symptoms. We followed up with our regular vet who confirmed and started treatment. I'm thankful they are here for us when the regular vet isn't available.
I highly recommend this pet hospital. I have used this facility numerous times after hours for our 2 fur babies. The vets and staff are super great and very sympathic and caring. Early this morning we had to have our Rocket put down and 2 mins ago our Scruffy at this hospital! I want to thank the vet and staff for what you do for the fur babies and especially for mine. Your compassion and professionalism was beyond expectation. Thank you again!

this place was very uncompassionate,they are all about the money,not saving pets or helping families.They should be ashamed and I work with animals,this was unexcusable treatment.
I'm glad I went to see them! My cat Marcy had only birthed one kitten after many hours and we were very worried. My reg vet couldn't squeeze me in. They were helpful on the phone and in person. The doctor thoroughly explained everything to me and had a good attitude. My queen kitty is healthy and so is her kitten.
Thank you for taking care of our Lou! He was having breathing problems when we arrived and now he good as new.. the staff was friendly and professional. Thanks again!
Our 14 year old Brittany dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Monday, February 24, 2020. Staff was wonderful but an extra shout out to Dr Reed for his compassionate and understanding. Thank you!!
