I have always had great experiences here. Especially with Dr. Kristy Peterson. She is amazing! All the vets, techs and front desk staff have taken such wonderful care of my animals over the years. Last night was no exception, they took the extra time needed for my dobie puppy who is scared of vet clinics, and she did fantastic and loved the tech who came to the car, got her and brought her back. I've taken one of my dogs to them twice. I can't say enough about how great they were to my dog and I. I saw people working hard to save and fix our little or big fur babies. Two thumbs up. Be kind to those who are trying to help. Being anxious and upset waiting is understandable. I waited for hours because my dog didn't have a life threatening issue. I was thankful my dog wasn't one of them..... I ordered food for these people who were so thankful and just great people.
These fine folks saved my sweet cat. They take the time to make sure you understand everything. All of the staff I encountered were kind and ready to answer any questions I had.
Thank you for taking great care of our Slinky!! He's reunited with our 15 year old son. Slinky greeted him with lots of kisses and snuggles. You all were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this place..
do not go to this place if you have a choice. I took my dog in there and found out that she needed surgery foe bladder stones. the doctor quoted my 2000 dollars for the surgery. i had to get the money together and came back 3 days later only for them to tell me it was going to be almost 4000 dollars.
Horrible customer service. Staff has no empathy, is extremely rude. They will gladly take your credit card before giving condolences on a death of your family pet or helping you when something is wrong with your loved one. They will use the excuse of the covid pandemic as to why they treat their customers horribly. Go to fresno when In need and be treated with kindness, compassion and the pure back bone of wanting to help.
The staff was very friendly and kind. In the age of covid, when you cannot be present for your pet’s exam, they frequently came out to the car to give updates. The vet on call, Dr. Randy, was also very kind, explained everything clearly and in detail and made sure we understood all treatment options.They also explained all of the financials to allow us to make decisions with full knowledge of all aspects of care. Thank you and all on staff, you helped make us and our kitty feel much better.
