This 1 star is for the woman that works in the Lab room. Why would she think it's okay to come out where a group of us Veterans are waiting and loudly say "who's dropping off stool?" Talk about tasteless and extremely unprofessional. She needs to do better, definitely not a shining moment for this clinic.
No help at all. They are rude and give you the run around . No communication and they never answer their phone. You are sent to regional. Also what’s the point of having a VA Card if you aren’t going to ask for it and ask for my social? I don’t feel comfortable giving you my personal information out loud that’s what the VA Card is there for. I hope when you move to Visalia you fix one your customer service skills and the way you treat Veterans.
I am so thankful for the VA and especially the Tulare Clinic. We live in a country that takes care of it's veterans and, yes, there are some miscues, I've made a few myself, but I am still very thankful and the staff and doctors have given me the care I have needed. There are options, you can always go wait at a non-VA Dr. and wait there and pay for it out of your pocket. I've used my Tri-Care with some success but in the end I prefer my VA, both in Tulare and Fresno.
I don't have any problems with them and everyone I've met is great...........But hey I'm easy.
