I didn't like the counselor named, Sarah Wilson, at all. She doesn't have what it takes to be a gambling counselor. She was always against my opinions, constantly cut me off when I tried to talk. I wanted my voice heard but she ignored many times. She was rude and disrespectful to her clients especially to me! That's why I stopped going there! She lacks attention to detail.
