I AM IN LOVE!!!! Stopped at Tula today just because I was in the neighborhood. To be honest I didn't have great expectations - I'm a baked goods snob in my pre GF life and absolutely nothing satisfies my pre gluten cravings. I ordered a cheese scone, a cardamom peach pie and a chocolito. I admit I had barely pulled into traffic when I broke into the box and pulled out the scone. Wow. I have a few allergies and was told to come here . I needed a cake made and they were more then accommodating (which is the star). Now the cake looks beautiful but this thing tasted awful. I can believe how dry it was and so incredibly blah. There cakes are not on the cheaper side and I am definitely willing to pay extra for something that taste awesome. I will absolutely never go here again and am very disappointed in the flavor.
The space, the people, the coffee and of course the food: all excellent. Open a second shop in Hillsboro and I will rate you 10 out of 5! :-)
