Renae and Sara with management were both super helpful and friendly! I toured a bunch of different similar apartments in the Uptown area- they had by far the best communication. The room feels huge for the listed square feet. I also like that utilities are included so you always know what to expect. There is also no administrative fee unlike every other place, there was only a small application fee. I’m looking forward to living there it seems like great value for the location!
Tula apartments is an amazing place to live. Unfortunately the leasing agent Renae is difficult to communicate with at the best of times and refuses to take accountability at the worst of times. Requests are often left unfulfilled with no explanation as to why with zero follow up. Anything I do to reconcile is moot because it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk. Regardless, the residents here are wonderful and make it worth staying.

Nice building, maintained. Units are showing their age. Poor communication from front desk and maintenance.
I’ve had an amazing experience living at Tula. The building is well-maintained, clean, and offers a great living environment. What truly stands out is the management team - they are incredibly supportive, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their professionalism and friendliness make living here a pleasure. I highly recommend Tula to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
