The roof deck is awesome, the gym and amenities are great. Fiber optic super fast internet, great light from floor to ceiling windows. Grocery store, lakes, trails, coffee shops, and great restaurants right out your door. My wife and I lived here for years and would highly recommend. The management is local and on sight. They are super friendly and personable which is hard to find! Loved living here!
Horrible tenant services and loud, inconsiderate neighbors. Landlord is unresponsive, belligerent and totally unprofessional. I can’t get access to the parking garage which I pay for, and they don’t care whatsoever. My bicycle which was parked and locked in my parking spot was stolen from inside the “secure” parking garage. It’s a ghetto. Too many other issues to list. I would say look elsewhere, even if it seems like a nice place at first. Don’t be fooled like I was. Can’t wait to move out early.
Fantastic place to live. The building is so well maintained and secure - the public areas are always super clean. Management is easy to get ahold of and great to work with. The other renters are responsible and respectful. The best apartment I’ve ever lived in! A bit sad to leave (but needed more space for our growing family)!
The lady Sara was very rude. I asked her if I could get a videos of the apartments a photo. She said no the only way you have to do that. Is if You come in and schedule a tour like that is very rude because what if someone is unable to schedule a tour right away or just unfortunate can’t schedule tour so That was rude. She’s very unprofessional.
I heard this place is bad.
