This is a food truck with picnic tables to sit at outside. Food was excellent!
Very simple fresh and authentic ingredients. I ordered the Pollo Adobado everything was great, Chicken was tender and grilled perfectly, rice and beans and cactus was just right 👍
My first time visiting this food truck was 8/4/2026. My daughter had been there a day or two prior & she wanted me to get some more food for her. I didn't know that it was a food truck until I pulled up into the parking lot which shares the majority of the space with a Auto Shop business so parking was kind of tight & limited. My daughter wanted the Birria Ramen this time around. The last food she got was a burrito (looks like that in the attached photo) and she told me that they sell cactus (to eat not plant ).
