I'm not sure what happened last night, but we ordered two pad Thai for pick up, one with extra shrimp (which ended up being $4). When I got our order home we noticed the containers were different and the portions were smaller, it was like an original portion split in two but charged for two. One of the orders didn't have any shrimp at all, and the one with "extra shrimp" had three in it. All of our previous orders and experiences have been amazing but after last night we were really disappointed.

We made a big order for the office; Tuk Tuk left out items ordered. Yet we paid for the items that we did not get. When we brought it to their attention and they refused to give us what we paid for and they did not provide. This is the only time in all of my life that I have seen such low-level service. This place is crooked and I would not recommend it to anyone.
This place is disorganized, the service is slow. They don't seem to know what they're doing and the owner just walks around smiling and nodding his head. My wife and I ordered virtually the same thing and her food came out, half of it was cold, I never even got my food after 50 minutes. So we just left
Absolutely wonderful. I think that is my go-to place for lunch-after-a-movie day ( I believe I will find a reason in-between movies to go back). Service was great and the food just fantastic. Tuk Tuk we will be back.
