Disappointed when they refused to accept cash payment. Insisted that I use a credit card so they could charge an additional $7.50 for using a credit card.
Staff and Doctors are always welcoming and professional in their duties. And the facility is clean and modern.
Sorry unhappy My doctor was wonderful. Staff for prep for surgery were wonderful But when I woke up in recovery from procedure . I was dazed and asked for help from a nurse . Her response was QUICK AND HARSH . NO IM BUSY
I went home from this hospital with a knee injury (effusion) because staff insisted on forcing my knees into bent position for a gastroscopy, despite that I advised them that I could NOT bend my knees (severe arthritis). This was for a gastroscopy. The nurse had to assist me to get dressed due to the knee injury inflicted. I can normally dress myself. As a retired registered nurse I felt quite annoyed that staff were not better instructed.. I hadn't been advised before the procedure that I would be required to be on my side.... read more
Had a procedure there and it was absolutely 5 star treatment all the way all the staff were amazing and so kind and helpful made it such a better experience then expected. Definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to all the staff there.
