Amazing food. Absolutely loved it.
Yes we are a big party but we got here at 6pm and it is now 9pm and we have not even gotten our food yet. This is very hard on the kiddos we have. I hope at least the food is good because the service is poor. The waitress we have is very very rude. Really cute place I hope they can improve!
hostess was so disorganized, taking names of people waiting on several pieces of scrap paper which she could not keep track of. waitress never checked on us, took over an hour to get our food and the cocktails for dreadful.

Just had a mini Class Reunion at the Tugboat Inn. Food was excellent and our waitress Anne was great. The office staff were very pleasant and our rooms had great views of the harbor. Can't wait to go back!

Our waitress was lovely. The salads were sizable. The man n cheese I’d bet was block velveeta and for $15, my two small sad pieces of fried haddock were not worth that. Absolutely threw me because I’d swear in court that I was eating in the seafood restaurant I worked in back in 1985, right down to the chairs, the thick ceramic mugs, the carpet, the dark wood, and the menu. Unfortunately, it suffered the most against the four other fantastic dining experiences we had this weekend. Fun to check off our Boothbay list... but ch... read more
