I still have a reconditioned washer/dryerthat I bought about 10 years ago from Tuffy's. The two times I did have a problem, I troubleshoot the problem, call them about it, and if I can fix it myself, I do. IIm in the market tt downsize to smaller refridgerator and Tuffy's is where I will look first!

My refrigerator wasn't working, so I asked around who to call, Their repairman was here within 30 minutes. Fixed my refrigerator within the hour, And saved me from having to purchase a new fridge. Thanks Tuffy's
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...especially with a debit or credit card. They did an unauthorized charge to my bank account and now I am having to cancel my card and be inconvenienced. They could have simply admitted their error and credited it back, but instead they chose to ignore me.

Tuffy is by far the best guy in town! I am really hesitant to hire anyone to repair anything as I have been ripped off, treated badly etc... I called Tuffy's, left a message and Tuffy Called me back! I told him about my washing machine and the issue. Tuffy came out, looked under the machine and automatically knew EXACTLY the issue and the part it needed. He went out to his van, got the part, installed it and BAM! Problem fixed! Whew!!! Thank you Tuffy!! I highly recommend Tuffy's Appliance service!!
Both my refrigerator and my dryer died this weekend I called sunday and left a message this morning bright n early Monday I got a call thatTuffy could be at my house this afternoon all I can say is thank you my dryer is working in my refrigerator is in working condition once again thank you so much
