We bought a washer and dryer from Tuffy's a few years ago. This week, the washer was overloaded by a family member for the umpteenth time, and a part gave out. We went to Tuffy's, told them what happened, and they gave us a replacement part at no charge! These people are the best, and I refer new customers to them every chance I get. Great service, great products, and they really know their stuff. :)
Great costumer service. Responded right away to my voicemail, was here in an hour, quickly got the job done, and was friendly the whole time.
I found an amazing selection of refrigerators there and the prices were great. I LOVE my "new" frig with crushed ice on the door!

My husband and I visited Tuffy's today and we were helped by a man and had amazing service. Our washer's latch was broken and I figured we'd end up either having to buy another one or paying hundreds just to do a simple fix on ours. Neither of us are very handy, but the gentleman walked my husband through the simple fix and gave us the part of the latch for free, since it was just an extra scrap/junk part for him.
