In February my car was sounding rough and I didn't know what the problem was so I took it to Tuffy's and the service attendant told me that I had an oil leak and I would need new spark plugs and coil packs to fix the problem. I was charged $600 dollars and when I picked my car up nothing changed. My car still sounded rough. I am absolutely beyond annoyed. The only reason I took my car to Tuffy is because my mom insisted on me taking it there and trusted their team to be honest and treat me like they would their own son. My car already had a diagnostic test done somewhere else and the issue with my steering wheel was that it was clicking because it needs a steer coupling. Went in for a noise my back axel was making. Tires Plus did a full check up and couldn't find a problem. Tuffy found the problem right away and fixed it the same day. Dropped my car off before school and had it back by the end of the day. My car had never driven so good. Shout out to Don who was incredibly helpful and was very patient while I tried to make decisions about the repair. Their prices are fair and their service is unmatched.
