We broke down 5 hours from home. Dan and his team worked hard to get us back on the road within 90 minutes. The service they provided was outstanding, and the charge for the labor & parts was better than anticipated. If we had to break down, we feel so fortunate to have had Dan at Tuffy help get us back on the road.
My significant other and I were on our way home from Electric Forest in Rothbury, Michigan on Monday, when we noticed a noise you don't want to hear while starting your trek back to Minnesota-Tuffy worked their magic to get us back on the road in mere hours, and provided excellent service with a smile. I assumed that I needed a muffler. I was told that I needed a flange, not a muffler. Thank you for not telling me that I need an entire exhaust system.

They stole a bottle of power steering fluid from my car without asking me, and charged me for a bottle. When I called and wanted a refund he said he will just give me a bottle of fluid. I didn’t pay ten dollars their charging me for the bottle they stole , So I’m being overcharged from something they stole out of my car. This is ridiculous first and last time I come here so unprofessional.

Got a quote for under $500 to fix some fuel lines, they had my truck almost a whole week requoted me at $1200 after taking my fuel tank out claiming the lines were dealership items only, I found the parts at parts store for $150. I asked them to have my truck ready to be transported the next day cause I was coming to pick it up, when I got there the turn signal light housing was broke, they left my key on running down 2 new batteries, fuel tank just thrown in the back of my truck, truck was still in the building and I got no... read more
Today was the second time I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I wouldn't mind waiting if they were busy, however, I'm waiting because they ran out of oil! This happened last time I was here too! What's the point of asking me when I made my appointment what I'm coming for if you don't plan on making sure you have enough oil. I usually come here because they do a good job and they guys are friendly (that's why they got two stars) but it's just unacceptable. Drained my car so now I have to wait.
