Big shout out to Tuffy Tire and Auto......I I always have my oil changed and tires balanced at this location and found I had a nail in my tire. Stopped by Sunday without an appointment, expected to wait for the repair. They took me right in and fixed the tire and did not charge me! The young man who fixed the tire was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this location.

My wife went into this shop with a bad wheel bearing in need of alignment and an oil change intern she was told that she needed rack and pinion for $1,500 and a full synthetic oil change which the car did not require and was told the car was unsafe to drive however when we went to two other shops for second opinions as we suspected it was a bad wheel bearing and Toyota says that the car only requires synthetic blend oil not only are these people rude but they tried charging her for work that was unnecessary and didn't even i... read more
Great experience getting my oil changed that ended with a hand shake and "Thank you for your business". You don't get that very often any more. Great job and I'll be back.
Watch out for these people. First thing I'll let you know is they say they aren't required to have the car owner's permission to work on a car. Second thing is they will charge you "cash only" for a service and then when you call in the next day they will say they never worked on your car. Ask for a manager? Well he's in a meeting but he will call you back. He better call me back or I'll be hiring a lawyer. You may have lost the record of my car being there but I have my proof. Awesome people. They are very honest! And that's hard to say about a mechanic. We have used various mechanic and never received the level of service as we do here. Best ever.
Beware of he alleged $19.99 oil change!!! Be prepared to pay all kinds of hidden fees and additional charges.
