Nimble appointments adjustments were made for us.
These guys didn't need to, but they did and theyre so sweet. So typically, I do my own work on my car if I can. Simple things like brakes and oil changes, I do it. Long story short, I did my own brakes, drove 100 miles. And needed someone to check my lug nuts. I popped in and asked if they could, and they did really quick. The guy was super sweet about it and came out and torqued down my tires. Customer service 10/10. Will recommend ^.^
Old manager told me one price, New manager Over charged me for valve stems $49 each when I was told $20. Didnt provide valve caps . Still have a vibration from balancing . I won’t be returning. Go to someone else .
I was able to get my car in quickly to my surprise that morning without an appointment after analyzing and repairing the problem I was also able to get my other vehicle in for an oil change. Great work.
