I dropped my car at 8:30AM for an oil change and tire rotation. Time frame I got offered is one person ahead of you for just the oil change then 45 minutes max, been told that within an hour we should done. I dropped my car went to do some personal business and got back at 10:38 AM to pick my car in an UBER. The front desk told me we didn’t even touch your car because people made appointments so we give them preference. You were a non appointment person. Limped in this morning with a nail in my tire and they quickly patched it and charged me a grand total of $0.00. Very friendly folks, highly recommend.
I had left my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation and I have doubted for last visit that this guys don’t rotated tire so this time I had marked on all tire When I came here to pick up my vehicle and the marks on as same on tire,then I talked to manager and he said that tire was rotated but when I showed the marked then he relied that tire was not rotated and he made an excused that tire is low tread that why they didn’t rotate but when I checked on invoice for tire tread and mark was ok no comments for need replace tire... read more
