Great service and help
I make an oil change appointment at 9:30 where I have a $24.95 emailed Tuffy PCB coupon (oil change and free tire rotation). I drop my car off at 9:25 and sign a form acknowledging a ~$140 oil change and ~$30 tire rotation, and the attendant says that we’ll apply the coupon when the work is complete. I totally understand I’m going to get multiple up-charges for synthetic oil, cartridge filter, more than 5 quarts, additional shop fees, etc.—I’ve read the fine print. The best experience! The guys were professional and top notch with my F350 as I pulled up with a flat! They had me back on the road within 30 minutes!
I have to say it and make it louder because all of you should know what you're gonna deal with. So, unfortunately the quality of service was dropped down dramatically and that is not the only way I rated them 2*. Regarding my relationship with this service: My three cars were serviced over there on the regular purpose, and once during the regular oil change I noticed that their mechanic spilled the oil on my alternator and basically that's how he ruined it, I show it to the manager and they agree that it was their fault and ... read more
