We came to Panama City Beach for Thanksgiving, and ended up with a flat on our way out of town. The team at Tuffys was courteous and kind and got the tire replaced both timely and cost efficiently to get us back on the road within an hour. We had our dog with us and they were super dog friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Charlotte and the rest of the team for your help and hospitality!!

Moved to PCB with squeaking brakes. Thanks to Tuffy’s great service team they got fixed. I had them check other items and they are honest and fair priced. They did not try and up sell or add additional items. I recommend these guys and they can do quite a bit.
Staff is so kind, patient and professional, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She was so pleasant and friendly. Comfortable waiting area with lots of seating, a restroom and vending machine.
