This is our first year having a yard service; Tuff Turf's Mole Busting service was recommended by our landscaping vendor. We have been very happy with how our yard is looking. We wanted to get it boost from our usual self-applications of fertilizer and weed killer. We have had the yard aerated also and that has improved the overall performance/result. Our FIRST year of Tuff Turf's Mole Busting service. Early in the efforts and thus far the moles have eaten two metal traps, one Technician went missing during a visit and two others now refuse to visit the property. The Moles? Here in Kentwood are as big as a riding lawn tractor. In our THIRD year with the lawn maintenance program and the lawn looks marvelous! The moles were destroying my lawn and mulch.... I tried everything with zero luck. A friend of mine recommended molebusters and I couldn't be happier!!! To be honest, they eradicate my miles in half of the treatments they figured it would take and told me that i didn't need the remaining treatments and refunded me the balance!! Highly recommended!!!!!
We have been using Tuff Turf for over 20 years upon moving to this location. My parents had begun to use the service and recommended Jim and his crew. Always communicate any problems, return any calls or e-mails immediately; have diagnosed problems and gone the extra step to save tree issues.
While we are relatively new customers, our experience with this company and its employees has been excellent. They let you know when they're coming out to your home, and they also let you know what they've done at each visit. Every employee we've met has been professional yet friendly and patient with any questions asked. We highly recommend them! We hired them for both mole control and lawn care (fertilization, etc...).
