A section of our yard is absolutely destroyed. They came out, set 6 traps, came back another 2 weeks later only to claim it as our last treatment of 8 visits. They pulled the traps and did nothing more. I called the supervisor in between to express our dissatisfaction. He was very cold and said we may need more treatments and that moles are active at different times. There was no empathy or consultation on our last service as promised. We have Moles everywhere destroying our yard. After approximately 8 treatments and a lot of money we are infested with moles. Never again and we would not recommend Tuff Turf Molebusters.

Would not recommend this company.. they supposedly came out to our home and fertilized however there was absolutely no evidence of any fertilizer on our lawn. Not one speck could be found and they didn’t leave a sign in the yard indicating they were there and put fertilizer on the yard..when questioned they said the fertilizer dissolved on contact with moisture.. ok so with no fertilizer to be seen and no sign in the yard indicating they were there .. we are just suppose to believe it took place .. they were quick however to... read more
