Couldn't be happier with my experience with Tuff Truckin. Great customer service, friendly staff, and very helpful. Got exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price.
Started price checking over the phone for a rugged bed cover for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Ross at Tuff Trukin took the time, checked to make sure they had one in stock, and explained everything to me. When I arrived today, and even though I had no appointment and since I was from out of town, Ross worked me in to have the bed cover professionally installed for me. They were very busy also!Ross even was nice enough to get me update on the progress. Great customer service and very friendly!
I needed a bed top and and bug guard for my new truck. Corey and Ross were very helpful and professional. The prices were competitive, and they were able to install while I waited (just over an hour). Thanks for a job well done ... this was a very positive experience!

The customer service is so helpful, they are knowledgeable about their accessories, they go above and beyond to make you feel special, and they truly care. Customer Service is something that is no longer important to many companies, but it is #1 at Tuff Truckin. They go above and beyond, behind the scenes, what you don't see is hard working employees working their best to turn out an awesome ride for you.
Had a very bad experience at tuff truckin in albany,Ga. They have the most rude people working there!! Would not recommend people to spend their hard earned money at this shop!! I know they did not deserve our business & money!!
Horrible customer service!! Will never come back here again & would not recommend this shop to anyone!!
