Love my new shed. They were great to work with from designing what I wanted online to very quick and attentive responses to all my questions. Serena was great to work with. They easily complied with all HOA requirements. They came out well within the time frame quoted, and did an excellent job. The guys were professional and skilled. Only regret is that I should done it years ago.
The entire experience from designing to building was great! Thanks to Serena Ledbetter and Deana Johnson for their courteous customer support! Also, great job to Lance and Zeke for building my shed through some very bad weather, they stayed with it and completed the shed on time! This is my 4th Tuffshed!
Absolutely amazing service from the very first communication to the installation and post‑installation check‑in. Kris oversaw and provided great support, and the installation team had everything done within 2 hours. The whole process from start to finish took just a week. Highly recommend!
