We love this shed. The site’s design process was super simple. Once you have selected the features specific to your needs, you get what you requested. They build on site & it takes about 5 hours from start to finish. The person who stood out the most was a Hispanic gentleman (sorry; don’t know his name). Working with Tuff Shed was a pleasure! My sales associate John Mercer was beyond helpful and knew his stuff! And no sales games or any nonsense. John even came out to my home and helped determine best spot for our shed and also measured & marked out location. I definitely would recommend Tuff Shed to anybody needing a shed. And the installation team was on time, knew what they were doing and cleaned up upon completion of the install, which only took half a day.
The purchasing process was so simple and fast! I was given a variety of options and Peter Sales rep, was quick to offer suggestions, helped me match paint colors with an existing structure, and evaluated the area where it was to be placed. The installers came out on the designated day and went straight to work. Before the close of business that day, we had our shed, and it looked great! Thank you, Peter, for going above and beyond.
