We recently purchased a Tuff Shed from Peter out of their Columbia SC location. We went to view sheds w/o an appointment and from the very start, Peter Tata was there to assist. He walked us through step by step the selection/upgrade process. Got us the "deal" for the month. An unforeseen slight delay due to Homeowners and once all was approved, he was able to secure the same pricing 6 weeks later. Definitely recommend Peter and Tuff Shed installation crew for any projects!
The shed door extends lower than the floor which prevents the ramp from being attached if the door is closed. This means you have to detach the ramp to close the door. It can stay attached if hooked on the lower level but this leaves over a 1 inch bump. The ramp comes from a 3rd party and is not custom built for the tuffshed door. To fix it both doors would have to be cut.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I visited the location Fernandina Road 1/6/25 and found a Tuff Shed I was interested in. I received a quote and agreed to have a decision in two weeks. I spoke with the rep on 1/17/25 and stated I was moving forward with the shed and I would be in the following Friday to pay. I showed up to the office 1/24/25 to pay but the rep was not ready or prepared to take my payment. My day got very busy and I missed his call Friday afternoon.
