I paid 25k for a tuffshed to turn into an office for my company and have had nothing but issues from installers and management since the 1st day of installation. The roof was put on incorrectly from the start and none of the trim lines up (big gaps). So far they have been sending "shop guys" to correct issues but they only work 2 hrs a day and do not know what they are doing. I Spent good Money for a custom "Tuff Shed"........ Well if it showed up I could give a REAL REVIEW!!It was set to be delivered (After MANY emails confirming the install date) and installed TODAY 8/7/2021 and NO PHONE CALL AND NO SHOW.... I AM PISSED OFF!!Cut my family road trip short, AND COMPLETELY WASTED MY DAY AND STILL HAVE NO CLUE WHERE OR WHEN MY SHED IS ARRIVING!!! GET IT TOGETHER!
Yes and NO! They are a great product but their customer service SUCKS! We have had our shed for two years now and is still under warranty. Our roof shingles are falling off. We have called 3 times. Left messages. Spoke twice to a sales rep letting us know that some will be in touch with us to make an appointment. Spoke to Home Depot because that is where we bought it.
