They are there for you when you're buying but follow up service sucks. I have repeatedly asked if the floor with 16" spacing (cost extra) will hold 1,084 lbs. They claim the engineers haven't gotten back with answer. Phone calls, emails and showed up in person 3 times and nothing.
They did not follow through They did not finish my shed. They provided a very poor product for a substantial price. I am still waiting for them after 6 weeks. I have no recourse as they demanded payment and the shed was not delivered for another two months. Cannot recommend start all. They have already lost three more sales
RecommendedI have tried calls several times and ways to make contact with Tuff Shed Co. to get the door on my shed to open properly But they say they will come but I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing yet . They don’t bother answer the phone
poor follow up post construction after i called concerning some sloppy work as well as missing shelves. i was told i would receive a response via text within 24 hours after sending pictures of my concerns. all i’ve received so far is a text saying that a manager would be reviewing my concerns. three days later no response. for 2800 i should have gone with my initial plan to hire a contractor to do the work. i was dazzled by Tuffsheds commitment for the the quick turnaround construction. not happy at all.
From the Barnett Family in Roswell NM, we would give Tuff Shed, El Paso a definite 10* rating if it was on this list! Customer service was excellent, from Andrea & Selena to the actual Border City Installers who assembled our wonderful Tuff Shed, yesterday-11/19/18. these guys that came out all the way from elpaso tx to hagerman nm we're verry respectful and finished my beautiful shed in a timley and clean manner. these guy made sure they picked up everything when they were done and left my yard as clean if not cleaner when they left. they also took the time to go back through everything to make sure there were no stray nails or sharp spots for a child to get snagged on. these guys, I can say we're professional and neat with their work highly recommended
Great customer service from Jerry Black. Only bad thing shed was uneven from wall. I didn't notice till following day when went to take out lawn mower. I have yet to get some one out here to move it. what will probably take 10 to 15 minutes has taken a week and a half. Receptionists not to concerned with trying to help out. "An appointment needed for that" ... Not a good thing when you don't have a set work schedule. Check out everything before they leave.
