We purchased a 10 x 10 shed from Tuff Shed and was suppose to be built in July of 2020. It is now December of 2020 and is not completed. Customer service got tired of us calling three days a week and quit returning any calls. Bob of Knoxville referred us to the warranty department and sent a team who showed up once and only put a shelf up and left. They kept saying that they will be back tomorrow but never did. I will never use them again or refer them to anyone.
