RecommendedGina at the Tuff Shed store in St George was very helpful. She helped us design our shed. And was very patient as we put our colors together. She also sent names and number of people we can contact if we have questions. Tuff Shed sent a status timeline so we know exactly where the company is with our shed. At this point we are very satisfied with the company and will post an update when the process is complete and we have our shed.
I was supposed to have my shed delivered a week ago. A tuff Shed representative never came out to my location to complete a walk-through as a result I don’t have a shed, but Tuff Shed has their money. I have not heard back from anyone regarding either a refund or a delivery of my shed. Not good customer service. Very disappointing. I will be going to my credit card company to stop payment and seek a refund.

Day 3 of install, corrects mistakes by installer and still waiting for correct door. We just can’t use 2 left doors. This is getting ridiculous.

We ordered a backyard shed, and waited six weeks for it to be delivered and set up. When it was set up, the installers did not have the right size door (we ordered and paid for a larger door). They said they would have someone come by and put on the larger door. We heard nothing... We called and scheduling said they would send someone out the follow Monday. Start to finish process was amazing. Sales team was friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and even helping look up city size regulations. Scheduling was great at calling ahead a couple times to confirm set up. Installation was great paying close attention to small details making a flawless shed. Even helped us fix how unlevel our ground still was before set up. Recommend anyone who wants a shed to go through tuff shed!
