I ordered beans take out. The service was excellent. However, my beans were burnt. Any West Virginian who has ever burnt her beans knows that you have to pitch the whole pot and start over once you burn them. That ruins the whole pot. I was told when I called in that they looked good to her. You know and I know you can’t go by looks. She wanted to know what I wanted to do. Went through drive-thru ordered baked steak with two mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home and it was only one mashed potato and they gave me green beans. Plus the biscuit was as hard as a rock I could have thrown it and killed somebody with it. And they were skimpy on the gravy. I have eaten at tutors for years I grew up in Charleston and always frequented tutors. But I have been very disappointed the last two times I've been through their drive-thru. Either they're out of stuff or the food quality is crap.
Little busy but my 10 year old son sausage was red in the middle still and the food was a little cold
