Lived here for 2 years in the newer building. Very nice suite and enjoyed my time there. Management doesn’t do much when it comes to customer service. The odd memo in the mailbox if there was an upcoming inspection, parking lot clean.. etc. Resident manager Chris was always quick to respond and very helpful when it came to small issues , or things that needed to be fixed. This building is very old. Doesn't have elevators and frequent water cuts or brown muddy water. Edit in 2024: I don't live here anymore, but my extended family does and their car was broken into twice within a month. Tudor village doesn't care to fix cameras or do anything. Do yourselves a favor and go live someplace else with better security. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Lived in the newer built building and though they are nice I would not suggest living here. Upon taking over someone's lease the place was dirty when I moved in and had dings and dents in the wall (which they tried to pin on me when I left during the exit inspection). They charged for carpet cleaning and my carpets were in great condition. They do not allow dogs (not even my 12 pound mini schnauzer, I lived on the main floor). I don't reccomend any of you to live in this appartment, it is very old, have lots of spiders, the maintenance is even worst, resident manager and the head office will not listen to any of their tenants. They will not clean the appartment for you, you will need to clean everything on your own.
I WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS BUT GOOGLE DOESNT ALLOW US TO DO THAT. VERY RUDE OFFICERS, IVE BEEN HUMILIATED BY THE LEASING MANAGER WITHOUT ANY FAULT OF MINE AND DID NOT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE HEAD OFFICE. NO RESPECT FOR OUR TIME AND MONEY. FORCED US TO GET OUR CARPET OF THE APARTMENT WHICH WE WERE LEAVING WASHED EVEN AFTER IT WAS CLEANED BY US AND WAS IN AN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
