I would definitely recommend Tudi. We have had them come to our home for the past 20 years to service the furnace in the fall and the air conditioner in the spring. I truly believe that the annual cleaning and service has prolonged the life of our system.

Tudi was a great choice for a new Lenox furnace and air conditioner. Mark was our sales contact, and his style was to provide plenty of information, including full disclosure of all costs and available rebates, and no pressure. Mike and Donovan did the installation, and they were quiet, clean and fast. I was quoted $794 to make repairs to my Honeywell Zone Damper system. The quote was for the complete replacement of the damper and damper motor when in fact only the damper motor was defective. After a 10 minute search on-line I was able to purchase a new damper motor at a cost of $135 and as a complete novice I was able to install the new motor in approximately one hour. The service man from Tudi did not even know how to remove the defective motor from the damper and seemed far more interested in selling me a monthly servic... read more

I purchased a new TRANE HVAC system through TUDI. Three men arrived in three trucks at the appointed time: 7:30 am. A neighbor walking a dog joked that it appeared to be an invasion. The men worked in a competent and professional manner. Moreover, they were patient with my concerns and questions. A good friend had recommended TUDI to me, and I pass on that recommendation. Very professionally done and they cleaned up well after the job.

Beth was very pleasant and informative on the phone. Set up the appointment very quickly. Josh was very professional and had the switch installed in no time. I would use Tudi again and recommend them to our friends. It is so hard to find someone that will come out for a small project.

9:45pm I washed a dish at my kitchen sink. There was no hot water - except what was draining out of the water tank across my basement floor. Between plumbers since my long-time plumber retired I called a friend who uses Tudi for their phone number. Answering service took the information and within a few minutes I heard from Brad who was on-call. Although he explained how to turn off the water which would save me an emergency visit, I couldn't do it. He arrived within 20 minutes and shut off the water leaving the tank. Brad s... read more
