I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care I experienced at Tucson Wellness Clinic. Communication and intake were disorganized from the start. I submitted all required paperwork in advance, which the clinic confirmed receiving. Upon arrival, however, I was abruptly told I couldn't be seen due to issues with that very paperwork, leaving me to wonder why no one flagged this beforehand. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Tucson Wellness Center! The staff was incredibly informative, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. The customer service was truly outstanding, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire experience.
