I have insurance through employer. They said I would not be coverage based on codes. They stuck me with a $900 dentist bill for two household members. I was there for two hours before work began. I later get a call from my employers insurance rep. I explained what happen, ask for my copy of paperwork - I would have been covered! Other words, suckered me and by-passed insurance carrier. They (insurance) is assisting me to be reimbursed My service was nothing extreme - SCAM....beware!☹️
I felt like I was at a used car lot! all the sales pitches to up sell me on things I do not need then treated me like a nuisance when I declined! My cleaning was half assed, too
