This is not a company I would recommend. Marni Allen was unhelpful and unresponsive along with the office in general. I had a stalker, and they showed little concern or effort to protect my safety. To make matters worse, my apartment also had termites. I’m sure they’ll respond to this review trying to justify their side, but there’s nothing that can excuse how careless they were in such a serious situation regarding my safety. Beware.
My son lived in the studios that suffered a tragic fire. The shock and uncertainty can and is overwhelming. So many in this situation are left without anyone advocating for them. Marni has done what most won't do, she gave comfort and assurance when even insurance companies aren't so accommodating. As a property Managing company she went over and above for the clients she represents. Her clients are lucky to have her as their management company. Terrible place to rent from my husband recently signed a lease to stay in a studio home yet the studio home was not move in ready holes in wall patched up with blue tape and paint over them janky work if you ask me they hire a random lady to come do repairs and to get them fixed for the tenants yet she does not get them move in ready!! TPE is a great property management company, they are super easy to work with the staff was there for any questions we had.I would definitely recommend them to others and will keep using them in the future.
