TPE is a great property management company, they are super easy to work with the staff was there for any questions we had.I would definitely recommend them to others and will keep using them in the future.
I took off of work to tour a rental, the property manager showed up late with NO keys unable to show any of the property, unaware that it was still being lived in, and unaware of when the property was even available to move in... At Tucson properties executives they are heartfull people very professional and understanding. Tucson is property executives really take care of the properties and any maintenance. Great people. I am thankful for them to help me get a home.
Photos are in reverse chronological order. Newest first. Tucson renting is full of scams and Tucson Property Executives is no different. During one of my first weeks they put a red lettered note on the door telling us to have our garbage cans out at 6:00 a.m.. They were going to be collected and replaced that day. It's a weird demand to put in red letters, because garbage doesn't get picked up until around 10:00 a.m.. They can't take the cans until they are emptied anyway. The cans sat on the curb for 2 weeks.
