Marni and TPE have managed my rental for most of the past decade, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Tenants beware! The previous reviews are not lies, although that’s what TPE would like you to believe. One of the most horrific issues I had were constant sewage issues where my toilet backed up into my house and was basically unusable. The last time was so bad I couldn’t even use my bathroom. I submitted a maintenance request and didn’t hear back after 4 days. I contacted James who told me someone was coming out to fix it. This was a lie. Tucson renters beware. I had a rat infestation following a roof/ac repair. This went on for over a month despite exterminators being called. There was absolutely no urgency on the management side to resolve the issue- we ended up moving after there was ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from Marni Allen to any of our desperate emails asking for assistance, plan of action, an alternate rental, anything.
