Tucson Orthopedic Institute at TMC was phenomenal. I blew my knee out at work. Every single employee at this location, plus the gal who recommended that I go into the after hours clinic, gave me exceptional customer service. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this medical facility. Very pleased with my care!
We were checking in fast and the nurse helped us to get issues solved.
We had to drive from Sierra Vista to Tucson on a Saturday because my son broke his Collarbone the day before. The fact that they were even open on Saturday was amazing. Once we arrived, I dreaded the wait time, but check-in was so quick and easy, and the wait time before we were called to the back was no longer than 10 minutes (if that).
