I was more than disappointed because the after hours clinic refused to see me because I had done imaging in the morning and found out in the after noon that I had a tibia fracture. I was told to stay on crutches and wait 6 more days before a provider could stabilize my leg. Btw- I was the last person in the waiting room. This is a bad policy. The staff was professional, and some even empathetic. 2 stars because the place was clean and the staff was kind. No stars for the provider because I did not see one.
Great experience at after hours. Provider was great, limited wait. My provider even discussed my case with my follow up doctor.
We had a great experience with my 12-year-old son after he broke his foot. He had a temporary walking boot from the ER, and this after-hours clinic allowed us to get him seen for a follow-up quickly and without taking him out of school. Even though they offered us an office appointment within a few days, I had wanted him seen quicker since we knew it was broken.
