My experience at the TOI After hours Clinic was very good. My visit was a follow up for my wrist. I arrived at 5:00 pm when the clinic opens, so to speak. It looked like I could have gotten to the clinic a little sooner to get my name on the list. I was there at 4:50 pm and I was the third person. All in all, a really good experience.
Staff are mostly professional except the surgeon who did my right foot overly raised my arch and I experience more pain than before I have a crooked ring toe that causes weakness and hurts a lot and I feel like it's being ignored while the same surgeon who did my right foot also did my left foot and for some reason, he only did a good job on the left foot. The only thing mostly bothering me is my crooked ring toe on my right foot. Thats why I'm only giving 3 stars, because, staff are professional but I need my crooked toe wo... read more
