Very difficult to impossible to get ahold of someone for any information at all. Voicemails all full. follow up emails have no direct way of contacting. online portal has no way to message back. 100% set up to be a block of patient contact to this organization. They have as a result of a low review score called me and I have a direct number now, but that still leaves most people out. They are looking into why its so hard to contact them. If I could give zero I would. My husband just left there and boy did he have a story to tell. Rude/disrespectful front end staff, poor communication from the back end as well. Not to mention the dirtiness of the facility. Do better, hire better. What happened to having pride and respect at your place of employment? Disappointed to say the least…

After hrs clinic personnel stated they do not do hip injuries and never even looked at the injury. Just stated “we don’t do hips” while giggling and laughing. This was a sixteen yr old boy that injured his hip playing baseball. We will not go there ever again and when asked will not recommend.

An orthopedic doctor, Brianna Patti, was allowed to put false documents in my medical record. I presented all the information and proof that this document is false to the compliance Department. They don't care, they believe the lie. I am no longer able to go to Tucson Orthopedic Institute because of this lie. I'm "discharged" all because of this false document in my medical record. I've been a patient of TOI for many years. Not a caring organization.

I came here because I injured my foot while running. It was minor, but aggravating and was affecting my gait and lifestyle. I got in right after they opened and was able to be seen about 10 minutes after checking in. They got imaging done super quickly and the doctor gave me practical, though frustrating advice. Basically, the nature of my injury doesn’t have much that can be done, except for not running for about four weeks.
