I I want to get my glasses and I got my eyes checked and I got some new glasses for me and everyone that works at this place are really nice and I just want to add a few more things about this place I before it's used to be were i used to work a long time ago and I was there getting my glasses i was reminded of the time I worked in this place and it brought lots of memories. How time passes by chance to see what this building is today and I would like to say that everyone there are really nice and friendly thank you?
Great doctors and opticians! If you value qualty eye care, this is the last place you need to look.
My family has been getting eye care at this clinic for over 10 years and the staff has become so rude and incompetent that we are leaving that clinic and never going back. I was yelled at in front of a full house of customers because they THOUGHT I wanted free contacts which I did not because I just spent $200 ordering them. The office manager was extremely rude, interrupting me and told me I didn't need to come there and refunded my entire order for contacts and my exam. Doctor Jake was rude as well. Went in here without appointment due to symptoms of detaching retina. They took me in right away and could not have been more caring and helpful. From the time I arrived, Mel took care of getting me in with the same level of care continued on by her sister! And Dr. Jake was fantastic really doing a thorough job ensuring what was going on in my eye. This is my new go to place for initial eye care. Everyone here was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Highly recommended!
