The staff is very responsive when you call for any need at all. They attend to your question very quickly and bring back the best information. When I was unexpectedly out of town and ran out of my prescription, the new prescription was sent in a couple hours. The office and medical staff are gentle, kind and informative. My husband and I went in today for him to get an exam and for us to look at glasses. The assistant and doctor were absolutely great! The front desk woman... not so much. She immediately told us how expensive the glasses we chose were (never even attempted to explain why or the benefit) so we said ok, and put them back, and then when we attempted to purchase the second pair she told my husband they looked too small for him. I was very impressed with this business! Starting with Amber, Dr. Jake's assistant. She was outstanding with my initial exam. Dr. Jake is very knowledgeable and I have 100 percent confidence in him. He's very detail oriented and thorough. And I was extremely pleased with Rachel who helped me with my glasses. She was excellent with explaining the difference between lens types I have never had an optician explain any of this before and I was so appreciative. They have an excellent selection of frames.
