I used to love this clinic. I e been going to them for years. But in the last year I have been unable to get appts in a timely manner. I had issues with my eyes in February and my ophthalmologist wanted me to see my optometrist ASAP. I couldn't get in for over a month. I went somewhere else and they refracted me wrong. Now I just called to get an appt for four weeks out from cataract surgery. They said they wouldn't schedule until the ophthalmologist released me. I shouldn't have to fight to get an appt. They've always treated me and my family courteously and sweetly. Staff has always been happy, and the atmosphere is casual yet professional. They have all the testing equipment, take insurance, and glasses are done quick. If you're picky about glasses they don't have a very big selection, but they always give you your prescription and paperwork in case you want to go somewhere else.
Dr. Jake is the single greatest optometrist alive today. You will not receive better care anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment right now. Then tell your family and friends.
The staff is very responsive when you call for any need at all. They attend to your question very quickly and bring back the best information. When I was unexpectedly out of town and ran out of my prescription, the new prescription was sent in a couple hours. The office and medical staff are gentle, kind and informative.
