I had an excellent experience at Tucson Optometry Clinic. The entire team was extremely professional, caring, and thorough. They took as much time as needed to carefully check my eye pressure, evaluate my eye health, and make sure my glasses prescription was exactly right. I never felt rushed and truly felt listened to and well cared for. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive and high-quality eye care.
I used to love this clinic. I've been going to them for years. But in the last year I have been unable to get appts in a timely manner. I had issues with my eyes in February and my ophthalmologist wanted me to see my optometrist ASAP. I couldn't get in for over a month. I went somewhere else and they refracted me wrong. Now I just called to get an appt for four weeks out from cataract surgery. They said they wouldn't schedule until the ophthalmologist released me. I shouldn't have to fight to get an appt.
