I am very grateful to have found Amber and Tucson Neurofeedback. There were several issues that I wanted to address and not sure where I should begin. After the initial testing, Amber suggested that I address “sleep”. I didn’t realize that the sleep issue that I was experiencing was actually affecting many areas of my life. After the very first session I noted a change. I only needed 3 sessions to feel that the sleep issue I was having was resolved. I decided to try Neurofeedback when I was looking for help with persistent anxiety and depression. I did an initial brain scan and 12 following treatment sessions with Amber at Tucson Neurofeedback. Amber was very kind and knowledgeable. Surprisingly to me, the initial scan confirmed some of the conditions I had but never shared with the therapist. Neurofeedback totally changed my life. I was struggling with serious depression before coming here and after a few sessions my life was already coming back together. It made my sleeping better and my outlook on life much brighter. I researched it a lot before starting and it’s very evidence based. It’s easy and simple and has made a huge impact on my quality life. Amber is very professional and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful experience! From thoroughly explaining the procedures and the science behind them to holding space and offering a place of safety, I feel well taken care of every time we're working together.

I found Amber when I was on a trip to Tucson. She is so easy to talk to too. I was in a car accident and still dealing with pain and PTSD . This procedure is new too me and very easy. In one session I feel so much better. I will drive to see her again.
