Going from OR to AL, took the 1-5 & 1-10, after 3 days the road somehow lost our grease seal, and then also melted our bearings on our travel trailer wheel. We noticed after parking for gas, thank goodness we did. We started panicking because we were stranded, and no one else would answer, no other help. In 100 degree heat, I found this number and called. Sean and Dylan came through within 1 hour. He brought everything needed and repaired our entire wheel within 1 hour. I setup an appointment two weeks previously with Tucson Mobile RV Services for an appointment which was not met due to was informed that they were backed up with previous work due to lack of worker. Causing our appointment to be rescheduled. If you have time to reschedule repairs on recreational vehicles and don’t mind delays it’s no problem but if you’re in a rush and need to meet appointment I recommend going elsewhere. I got on the phone with Sean for about five minutes. Told him what I was dealing with the problems I was experiencing he was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my water heater through the phone. Awesome customer service. I’d highly recommend Sean to anybody who needs any RV work. EVERYBODY ALSO NEEDS TO REMEMBER GOOD WORKING CHEAP AND CHEAP WORKING AIN’T GOOD I LIKE TO SAY CRY ONCE BUY ONCE
