If visiting with an elderly person, use the free valet service and ask for a ride to where you need to go, once inside. Lots of volunteers in the West wing/ICU to assist

Great service in ER for stitches!
The hospital itself has a very confusing layout. When you walk in the doors, the Hospital smell hits you like a ton of bricks not a particularly bad smell however.

Don't touch any arm rests. Sick people cough on them and majority have the flu
