Dr Lowenstein has been my physician for five + years. Beyond grateful to have found him, as he has always been very attentive to every need. He has been able to assist me (or provide the best reference in Tucson) from simple cold to a broken back and even a concussion. In addition. There are several good RN’s. Susie, in particular stands out in a crowd. And, Elizabeth, in the main office has never made me feel like a number. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of my partner. It is clear that this practice does not prioritize the well-being or value the time of its patients.
They can’t seem to keep staff
I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. This office has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a doctor’s office. My calls are dropped constantly after waiting for 20+ minutes and it is nearly impossible to speak to someone. Communication within the office is laughable and I have often had to take on the role of the “middleman” to get everyone on the same page.
