Tucson hybrids were amazing! I broke down and they helped coordinate a tow to their shop. Kellie was on point with constant communication while my vehicle was in their shop. She assisted me in prioritizing the repairs on my vehicle. They had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed quickly! I could not be more satisfied with my service! Thank you so much!Â
Extremely friendly and quick availability. I was buying a used hybrid and brought it in for an inspection ($200). The inspection did not have any details about the battery condition or the engine (the engine I specifically asked for). The report was mostly blank, I'm assuming no news is good news? The report did contain a few items that needed attention, which they were happy to fix for a large pile of money. To be fair, I do all of my own maintenance, so any shop seems shockingly expensive. Got a pre-purchase inspection on a Tesla Model Y by them, and they were thorough, efficient, and amazing to work with! I was pressed for time on deciding whether to buy the car and wanted a general inspection for peace of mind. I called a lot of places, but Tucson Hybrids was literally the only place in town who could get me in and do a thorough inspection on a Tesla the same day. I was so grateful they did!
