I couldn't be happier with my experience at Tucson Hybrids. I came in because my check engine light was on only to learn that my car had all kinds of issues including an oil leak, a swollen lithium battery, a gas cap issue, and fouled spark plugs. They provided detailed explanations and were the first place I've visited over the 3 years I've had my car where I felt like they wanted me to understand what was happening and not just charge me for expensive work. 2018 Chevy Volt (plug-in hybrid), general maintenance. Replace leaking coolant line, new key fob, fix hazard switch, fix damaged bumper, etc. The car got probably the most thorough, detailed inspection I've ever gotten anywhere, with clear photos and information for each item. Oh wow this team totally totally rocked it! I was blown away by how wonderfully communicative they were. I was informed at every step, and was provided not just with verbal info, but also photos of the needed repairs. Finally, they provided actually useful invoices with itemization and breakdowns I was able to interact with and approve. They definitely exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be back! My daughter was looking to buy a Prius. We got the buyers inspection appointment with Tucson Hybrids for 3pm and by 4:30 they had run a complete diagnostic of the hybrid battery and all the mechanical systems. They explained each analysis on the big screen in their office and had pictures of the car parts in the report. Great service and a fair price. We bought the car and will definitely be using TH for any service our Prius requires.Â
