came through out of town and needed a oil change when looking for location I seen they had 10 years plus of experience. Lack of pricing transparency/information: I called to ask the cost of a simple transmission fluid change, as required by my car's maintenance schedule. I was told I'd only know the price of the transmission fluid change after a $160 "evaluation." If they thought the car needed the fluid change, they'd tell me how much it would cost after the $160 inspection.
