I can’t say enough positive things about Tucson Hybrids. Priscilla and Andrew are both great to deal with. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix our 2017 Porsche Cayenne e-Hybrid. They seamlessly coordinated with the Porsche dealership to re-program the car after installing a new e-controller. Andrew even burned some midnight oil to get our car fixed so we could take our road trip without getting a rental car. We will be repeat customers and recommend them highly.Â
Very impressed with the service we received from Tucson Hybrids on our high mileage Lexus RX450H. They restored our hybrid battery by replacing some bad cells, installing new contacts and then rebalancing the system. They even arranged a rental car when replacement parts were delayed in shipping. First class all the way! Our car now has more zip and go. With a 1 year warranty we feel confident in getting more service from our beloved Lexus. Kudos to Priscilla and her staff!
