Work on spark plugs, struts shocks, transmission oil replacement, cleaning MAF sensor and throttle body, inspection too.Work looks good so far day after repairs at 120k mi. Aliyah was very good communicator in the process. I would suggest more photos of work executed and waste products that are replace to see the age and value of work.Â
These folks are awesome. Very personal attention. No upselling, just the straight facts, advice and service. I'm sticking with them to care for my 2016 Chevy Volt Premiere.Â
I was very let down at Tucson hybrids. I did a lot of research prior to bringing my vehicle to the shop. They got great reviews and I was so impressed that they were a woman owned. But I was treated exactly like that, like a woman. I was up sold on every single item for my vehicle when I brought it in for only one issue. I basically paid them on the diagnosis for them to upsell me. I spoke with the owner upon picking up my vehicle, I would never bring my vehicle back to the shop. I would rather go to the dealership.Â
