Called the company to get a custom mirror cut. They completed the project in less than hour. Mirror was cut exactly as expected. Fantastic service!
I took a cabinet door to have a broken pane of beveled glass replaced. I even took an intact door for them to reference. I was very specific in asking if it would be repaired/installed in a like manner to match the original and was assured that it would. When I got the doors back after a couple of weeks and arriving home to rehang the doors, I realized the new pane was installed backwards and the glass in both doors had been siliconed into the frames.
