Dr Hanna and his nurse were very efficient, almost to the point of rudeness. I get it that they were busy, but as a busy nurse, I have often had to take a deep breath before seeing a patient so that I could be fully there for that person. I did not experience that today and felt that there was no interest in me as a person beyond my immediate medical needs.
I could have never felt more at ease with a Dr as I did with Dr. McNerney. He made my whole experience very comfortable and I will definently return. Thank you Dr. McNerney and Staff. You are all wonderful.o
The Only Place I Would Use – My mother had an esophagus stretch done on 2-4-10. She has had this proceedure twice before in Vegas and then the docs in Sierra Vista opted for a botox injection (which did not work hence our going here). She has never had such a pleasant experiance for this proceedure as she had at this facility. She did not even know that it happened when she awoke and she did not have any pain - not even a sore throat. Five Stars – Five stars! Just had colonoscopy yesterday. Reception staff helpful, friendly, thorough and professional. Wait time, minimal. Initial screening/appointment done by Nurse Practitioner. Again, helpful, friendly, thorough and professional. After all the info and questions, she sat back, looked at me and said in a sincere and thoughtful tone: Can you think of anything else you'd like to know or ask me?
