poor customer service
Brian sold us the truck & Ben showed us the truck. Both gentlemen were nice & knowledgeable of the vehicle. They answered any & all of our questions about the vehicle & even showed us a few things we didn't notice. Brian has a great personality as he was friendly, funny, witty & clearly passionate about vehicles. Yes, the area might be a little intimidating to those not used to downtown, but we felt safe & had plenty of place to park the vehicle we drove there in.
Excellent service. Best car buying experience I have ever had. They have a really interesting selection of vehicles very good quality!
